After having spent more than 15 years as both a physician and as a physician leader in various Community Health Centers where Dr. Sharma had the privilege of caring for and learning from people of all walks of life and many different ethnic backgrounds, she felt ready to open her own clinic. Dr. Sharma has a passion for high clinical quality, population health, addiction recovery support, gender affirming care, advance care planning, and helping people achieve their health and well-being goals through physical activities, social interactions, and community connections. She considers it a privilege to be a primary care physician and is committed to providing high quality care in partnership with her patients.

Micaela is passionate about providing accessible, compassionate, and inclusive primary care services. Her clinical and personal experiences have shown her how high quality primary care plays a crucial role in supporting individual, family, and community health. She believes in the value of preventative medicine, and in helping patients achieve optimal well-being by treating the whole person. Micaela hopes to help patients better understand their bodies and medical conditions, so they can make informed choices leading to healthier living. Her ambition is to treat patients the same way that she would want her loved ones to be treated when they seek medical attention - with an integrative approach of quality and kindness.
